I appreciate the service I get at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork. They are always fast and complete in their service and the people there are knowledgeable and very helpful. I especially like dealing with Luke Miller, because he will explain any detail I might be unsure about! They have serviced my car for over 8 years now and I trust their work.
I have a 2025 super duty that had issues with the sensors on bumpers. After taking truck to Murdock and treated horribly I was told truck was only fixable if I took a lift off. I then talked with Dakota in service department at Tim Dahle. They picked my truck up from my house got it fixed then returned to my house. Dakota and Tim Dahle service went above and beyond to take care of me and get my truck functioning like it should. I will always return to Tim Dahle for service or purchasing vehicles going forward, strongly recommend them.
Victor was phenomenal in helping get me taken care of and I’m loving my new truck!
Rating is only for service as I did not purchase a car from them. Overall happy with parts and service. It took almost 2 weeks to get my part in however which was a little frustrating but it's fixed under warranty. They were helpful with a battery issue as well.
