Gotta say this place took real good care of me. Free pickup and drop off. Free recall. Then they did my service for not much more than the local shop would charge. I’ll admit I didn’t buy a car from them or anything big, but they were responsive and took care of me, what more could I ask for?
I have a 2025 super duty that had issues with the sensors on bumpers. After taking truck to Murdock and treated horribly I was told truck was only fixable if I took a lift off. I then talked with Dakota in service department at Tim Dahle. They picked my truck up from my house got it fixed then returned to my house. Dakota and Tim Dahle service went above and beyond to take care of me and get my truck functioning like it should. I will always return to Tim Dahle for service or purchasing vehicles going forward, strongly recommend them.
Dakota was very kind and very professional and when it was gonna be late for me to pick it up, he gave i My keys and paperwork sales department we greeted by a young gentleman who had a handicap. He was so amazing. He offered us a soda and gave them to us. He was very polite and kind and professional.

It was a great experience. The only feedback I have is for the service department to clearly communicate when the vehicle is not completely repaired before telling you to pick it up. I had two recall fixes to complete but was told I could pick it up not knowing the second fix wasn't done due to waiting for a part that came in early the next week. (Had I been told I would have just left it there until it was done)
