It was a great experience. The only feedback I have is for the service department to clearly communicate when the vehicle is not completely repaired before telling you to pick it up. I had two recall fixes to complete but was told I could pick it up not knowing the second fix wasn't done due to waiting for a part that came in early the next week. (Had I been told I would have just left it there until it was done)

I was working out of town and needed an oil change.I went to Tim Dahle Ford to get the service. They were great, friendly, and very helpful.
