I am only rating the Mobile Service, NOT the dealership.

The service Advisor Matt was super helpful and friendly. They also got the major repair done very efficiently.

I am very happy with the service I got from you. The guy was very polite and very quick which I really appreciate. Thank you for your time and your service., it was absolutely awesome that they fixed my truck So quickly.

Good service!

Very friendly. And took care of my original problem very well. I do have 2 feedback comments. #1- when I called they said I could make an appointment, which I assumed would be the time they had open to service my truck. But it was not really an appointment it was just a place in line. Not a huge deal but I had to arrange for someone to come pick me up as it was going to be multiple hrs. (Why book a timed appointment if that’s not when you are available?) #2- the original problem and a bunch of recalls were no charge, great that’s expected for a truck in warranty, but then I was give a list of other (optional) service items that totaled over $2,000. I declined as it seemed odd to me to have those things done so early on a truck. I then researched the recommended service intervals on Ford’s website and found them to be significantly higher than the mileage on my truck. Kind of felt like they were trying to get some $ out of me for items that weren’t really recommended at that time/milage. I still had a good experience over all, just offering constructive feedback from my personal experience. Best part of my experience was the friendliness of the service staff.

I had not bought a vehicle at a dealership in a long time. Michael in sales and Gasson in finance made the process very easy and approachable. They were very transparent and answered all my questions and explained all my options. I did not feel pressured and wasn't hit with extra fees that I didn't ask for. Was a very pleasant experience.
