I can only speak for their service department, as I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them. But they have been great! Repairs done in a timely manner, fairly priced, and most importantly they're great at communicating out updates and timelines.

Drake and the rest of the team where great to work with. They were fair with pricing and dealer incentives snd dis not tey to haggle or push upgrades and other warranties on me. It was a very comfortable environment. I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in, and when I walked out.

Went in there just to look but ended coming out with a new bronco. Priced right and was the vehicle I was looking for. Gave us tons of info to where we feel we made the right choice on which model and extras. Thanks to Steven Nordell!! He was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. He talked to us in black and white terms and just made the decision easier for us to feel great about making the purchase.

Came in with check engine light on. Bernie asked to keep it over the weekend and he'd get back to me on Monday. As promised he did call on Monday morning and explained repairs needed and cost of those repairs. Picked up my truck on Tuesday and all is well. Open communication, no hidden charges or surprise costs, and vehicle that was returned good as new...can't ask for anything more. Thanks everyone at Tim Dahle Spanish Fork! I'll be back!
