When I called the dealership, I spoke with Dakota. He was a very kind man. He guided me through the entire process. He feels like my best friend. He answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. He made sure the repairs were done exactly as promised. When I got back to the dealership, my pickup was ready on time and, right now, is running great. Dakota made all the difference. Thank you so much!
