AMAZING 5 star service!! I have never had this level of customer service from a dealership Service and Parts departments before. My service writer, Dakota, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to get me in and out in a timely manner!! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for services on their vehicle to go see Dakota!!

Tim Dahle Ford Service dept. is stellar! I particular appreciate the transparent communication process and the rides they arrange to get you back and forth while vehicle is being looked at. I highly recommend.

Got my service done promptly. Great, as I was waiting. Let me know about the next service option so I could do it at the same time and not have to return in a couple of months. Only critique was that when they rotated the tires they didn't check the tire pressure. I knew one was low so they had to take the car back again to check and put air in the tires. I assumed checking pressure would always be done on a tire rotation.

Javier, Mike and Tanner were great to work with! They got me the deal I needed on a 2 door Bronco that I’ve been trying to get for my daughter. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, definitely come here and ask for them. They have a great selection of inventory at very fair and competitive prices. What is even better is that if they don’t have the vehicle you’re looking for, they most likely can locate it and get it to their dealership for you within a very reasonable time.
