Rating is only for service as I did not purchase a car from them. Overall happy with parts and service. It took almost 2 weeks to get my part in however which was a little frustrating but it's fixed under warranty. They were helpful with a battery issue as well.

Couldn’t have asked for better service! Dakota kept me in the loop as they worked on my Explorer and had me in and out of there faster than I’d expected.

I went in for an oil change and turns out my transmission was also leaking. They helped me get back in as soon as possible and were very accommodating to my work hours. They also made sure to keep me updated the whole time.

The connivance of the pickup is very helpful. I felt confident leaving my Bronco in Benito hand. The digital communications are awesome. Im glad I chose Tim Dahle Ford for my service.
