The entire team were amazing! Luke in service immediately responded and had someone do a quick check on our ‘07 Ford 6.0L truck on Friday afternoon at 5:30pm that had just been towed into the dealership to see if the problem was something simple. Unfortunately it wasn’t, so he scheduled an appointment on Monday to have the diesel tech check it out. In the meantime, we started looking at new super duty trucks. They had the perfect truck on the lot. We worked with Brock in sales and he was amazing. He truly went above and beyond to help us. We proceeded with the purchase that evening and finished up the process on Saturday morning. Ghassan, the business manager was so professional, pleasant, and worked with us to get the perfect package with the service and maintenance contracts. Ghassan even shared his amazing lunch (homemade, organic) while we were waiting for the new truck to be detailed. Brock, our sales person, actually jumped in and started detailing the truck while they were waiting for the detailer to show up. The entire experience could not have been better. I worked with Mike Hales, who was excellent in showing me different options of vehicles. He spent a lot time answering my questions and if he did not know the answer, he was not afraid to ask someone else. I decided on the Ford Maverick, which I love and I will have this car till after I die.

Luke in service went above and beyond. We broke down on a road trip and they saved us by getting us a loaner and getting our Super Duty fixed to have us back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.
