Problems with our truck when on vacation. Our service representative, Luke, was helpful and sympathetic. He arranged our transportation to a nearby hotel, diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road the next day. The team was efficient, professional and expeditious in repairing our truck and dealing with us.
