The service shop was quick, efficient and communicated well

As with any service-related company the person with whom you directly associate with will determine the quality of the experience. I was very fortunate that I got Luke Miller as my rep. Luke was thorough and involved with me and in the resolution of determining what I needed to do with my newly acquired 187,000 mile F150. He endured my questions and provided me with a suggested approach that would provide me the best approach while keeping costs down. After a number of visits with more than one Ford vehicle Luke became someone I could trust knowing he cared and was trustworthy. If you get a chance to interact with Luke you will find him very easy to work with and will be happy afterwards. Thank you Luke

Most recently I took my vehicle in for some recall items. I left it for two days to allow them time to complete the service and added a request for oil change. When I returned to pick up the vehicle they stated they didn’t get the recall service complete since they didn’t have the part. They were to get it shipped and call me in a couple of days. I haven’t heard from them and it has been over a week. Otherwise I have been getting great service.

I had an unbelievable experience at Tim Dahle in Spanish Fork. I walked in and Ben took care of me through every step of the process of buying my truck. It couldn’t have been any smoother, and I really appreciated that Ben and Ghassan heard me out on everything and respected the things I had asked for. I’ve been buying from and taking my cars to Tim Dahle since I moved to Utah county, five years ago. They’ve always been solid, but last week was exceptional. I was heading out of town and needed my truck back by noon so I would make it out on time. They were down several techs because they had called in sick, but once Dakota understood my need, he moved mountains to get it finished up for me! He even dropped it off at my house personally, which was definitely way above and beyond! Thanks guys, for an awesome experience!
