Drake my salesman was awesome !!! Will use him again. The finance guy was a little bothered at me when I didn’t want to do the extended warranty.

Fixed the car and worked with the warranty company to make everything easier for us.

I was really impressed with the care and concern shown to me regarding my car. Once was determined that they would need to keep my car for a couple days in order to complete the maintenance, they gave me a rental to drive home and use until my vehicle was fixed. The waiting area was clean, all the staff that I met was kind.

This is a great professional place to get repairs and maintenance done, and I have a Dodge minivan, so it doesn't have to be a Ford vehicle.

Told them about a rattling sound and the new noise was. They kept the car, gave us a ride home. Called us a few hours later, the car was fixed under warranty. No charge to us
